Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or peak periods. If there are unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. Any claims for missing or damaged shipments should be made directly with the carrier.

Orders to the US may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information. Re-delivery fees may apply.
