Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, clean)

In the original packaging, with tags

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
Where to Return:

In-store purchases: Please return the item to the original dealer where it was purchased.

Online purchases: Please email rm@wolfwoodtofino.com with your concern to initiate a return.
Return Process:
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return authorization number (RMA) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
